Turning gift-giving into a game
Reimagining how we give (and get) gifts
[Project Overview]
The primary goal of this project was to create an app that simplifies and adds fun to the process of gift-giving. It focuses on collecting the necessary information to craft personalized gift recommendations—including wrapping suggestions and ways to add a personal touch. I contributed to this project as a Junior Designer, under the guidance of Sebastian Pertuz.
[Problem Statement]
The platform struggled with a 40% cart abandonment rate during checkout. Users encountered unclear error messages, redundant fields, and poor mobile optimization, leading to frustration and drop-offs.
